Good day! I would like to tell about the product calls naturoholics omega 3 EPA/DHA 432/288. At winter time when there are not much sun body needs mostly such vitamin as Омеgа. I feel more energetic after taking Омеgа 3. Maybe my mind does such a conclusion only because it knows I I must have this result. But my opinion is that it brings that I expected. And good thing is that you need only 1 pill per day. Don’t forget It has to be stored in the refrigerator. Take care!
